This policy explains how Inspired Foundations LLC ("we", "us") handles information about residents of our client Step Stone Homes, the contractors who work on its homes, and anyone who uses this website.
Your name, mobile number and email address when you give them to us, your consent to receive texts and the date you gave it, and the texts and emails we exchange with you about the home.
To schedule maintenance, send home care reminders, rent and lease notices, coordinate move-in and move-out, answer your questions, and keep a record of what was said about the home.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Your mobile number and your agreement to receive texts are never sold or rented.
Texts are carried by our messaging provider and by the mobile carriers that deliver them, only to deliver the messages. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, HELP for help.
You opt in to texts by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box on our sign-up page at texts.inspiredfoundations.com/text-consent. We record your mobile number, the date and time you signed up, and the consent wording you agreed to. The boxes start unchecked and consent is not a condition of renting or of any purchase. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or START to opt back in.
This website uses only the cookies our website platform needs to run the pages and the sign-up form, plus basic page-view counts. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share browsing data. You can block cookies in your browser settings and the site still works.
Your information travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and is stored with our software providers, who protect it with industry-standard security. Access is limited to the people who handle Step Stone Homes residents and contractors, and we keep information only as long as we need it for the home or as the law requires.
Step Stone Homes, as the owner of the home you live in or work on, and the service providers we use to run email, texting and our records, only to provide those services. We do not sell personal information.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. Records the law requires us to keep, like lease and payment records, stay for as long as required.
This website and our texts are not directed to anyone under 18.
